At Amor Fashion Jewelry, we want you to love every piece you purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Free of damage, perfume, or signs of use
- In original packaging if possible
Final Sale Items For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
How to Start a Return Email us at refunds@amorfashionjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2-3 business days.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
